Serving and ministering to first, second, third and fourth grade boys and girls is one of the most important ministries in the church. If we can train and teach these little minds the truths of salvation and righteous Christian living at this tender age, we will influence them for life. Elizabeth Matzko and Nadine Stilwell are the teachers for this interesting hour of learning Bible truths. It is a fact that philosophies and beliefs are formed by this age. In the Primary Department, we consider it both a privilege and great responsibility before God to make this hour of teaching extremely spiritual and exciting. Each week we memorize verses, sing praises to God, and teach a Bible or missionary lesson. Come join us in classroom C-4 and C-3 in the upper level each Sunday morning. We would love to help you direct your children "... In the paths of righteousness for His Name's sake." Psalms 23:3.
5th-6th Grade
A-4 Lower Level
Welcome to the 5th and 6th grade Bible Study class! Pete and Sandy Kester are the teachers in our class. We use lots of visuals and worksheets in class to learn more about the Bible. Students that bring back their Daily Diggings get to "dig" into a treasure chest of goodies. Others get to pick from the treat jar when they complete a special take-home paper. Everyone gets challenged to apply Bible truths in their lives as they seek to "grow in grace and in the knowledge of Jesus Christ." The highlight of this past year was an ice cream social where we got to "serve" our families. We've got many other ideas for fun activities where we can enjoy serving the Lord.
